Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) practice used for thousands of years as a form of holistic healing by treating the root of the problem and balancing the body functions. It treats many chronic and acute health conditions, helps heal illnesses and can alleviate different types of pain throughout the body including joint, muscle and nerve pain.

Chinese Herbal Therapy

Chinese Herbal Medicine consist of natural medicinal plants that have certain properties pertaining to what the patient health needs. They help balance the body and assist in curing illnesses. They come in different forms such as raw, tincture, lotion, powder, tea, and most commonly as tablets.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient practice  and one of the modality of Traditional Chinese medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin; it mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing and dispel stagnation due to injury, overwork, stress, weight loss, detox,etc. Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electrical pumps).

Gua Sha

Gua Sha (escape away pain) is an instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create transitory therapeutic petechiae called ‘sha’ . This process removes blood stagnation, acts as an anti-inflammatory and boosts the immune system. It is also very effective for treatment of internal organ disorders.

Tui Na Massage
Tui Na is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It helps balance the flow of Qi and assists in releasing tension. Its very effective in the treatment of chronic muscle pain and joint problems such as carpel tunnel, frozen shoulder and sciatica in conjunction with acupuncture and Chinese medicinal herbs.
